Bleeding gums can be as a result of plaque and calculus formation over time. It's recommended to get a scaling and root planing procedure every year to maintain the health of your gums.

Hello, bleeding gums and bad breath could be because of deposits on teeth surface or food lodged or habits like smoking in between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, you can use any good sensitive toothpaste. Night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

You probably require scaling and polishing.  Proper clinical examination is required to come to a proper diagnosis.  If scaling( professional cleaning)  is required, get it done after which you ll be told about oral hygiene instructions and maintenance.

It's not how many times you brush your teeth... What matters is how u brush your teeth... Over brushing in an improper technique leads to gum diseases too... So please visit any dentist for ASAP...
