Bleeding during first trimester

I am 9th week pregnant. I had  bleeding during 6th week and i was provided with progesterone support and the bleeding stopped. Last week I had little bleeding and went to doctor. They did early pregnancy scan and ACN Profile test and told that the report looks normal and gave my pause injection and tablets for 2 days. Again from yesterday night I am having bleeding like how i have for periods. Should I visit my doctor now or is it normal.
