Bleeding After Unwanted Kit

I took unwanted kit and bleeding started after 30 hours of taking misoprostine. I was 5 weeks pregnant. For initial 60 70 hours I was bleeding with some clots. Now, I am passing thin blood. And it seems it is coming with urine too. My doctor suggested to take meftal spas and pause 500. It is my 4th day of bleeding. Should I take the pause 500 or wait a little longer? Also, is it concerning to pass thin blood?

No point taking pause Whatever are the products of conception will come out in the form of bleeding

You should get a USG done before taking pause. If there is any product left in uterus it needs to be removed
