I have 28days of cycle. Follicular size is 20X19mm Doctor has done IUI on 11 th day of cycle .But i am getting light bleeding after immediately of IUI . Why it's happening, what is the reason? Is it harmful?

Reason could be negotiation of the endometrial cavity during the procedure
