It's 5 month after delivery noticing bleeding only after excercise. Two days back  did cycling and noticing bleeding do I need to stop excercise or visit doc ?

U don't need to stop exercise It's purely coincidental U need investigations to find out the reason fr the bleeding

Yes stop cycling. Any bleeding or spotting in pregnancy is not good. Get an ultrasound done. Connect please
