Hi Doctors I am pcod patient Since two months I am following nutrition diet which include general diet plant(fruits, brown rice, jawar roti etc) and amicordial syrp. Also doing yoga and other excercise. I am bleeding after 5th day of my period. It is little but yes it it. Why am i bleeding.? Pls tell me
