I feel like I cant empty my bladded. I feel the need to pee again nd again but nothing happens, also it iches down there.

Urge to urination, incomplete bladder emptying, itching, pain all are symptoms of urinary infection.take plenty of water and juices. Do urine routine and complete blood count. After that do video consultation.
