Blackout after long screen time

I recently notice that after a long screen time my vision gets blackout for few seconds and then get back to normal. It usually happens after I put my device aside after a long usage. Is it normal and how to avoid it ?

It usually occurs because of eye fatigue..take frequent  breaks while using  electronic gadgets. Follow 20.20.20 rule that is after every 20 min of work on laptop Or Mobile take a 20 sec break And focus on any object that is 20 feet away. Put eye drop refresh tears 4 times a Day. Keep yourself hydrated

After long exposure to light - screen light in your case; the receptors or sensors in the eye get exhausted and take time to recover. During this phase ; a transient blackout is normal and not very worrisome. You can use frequent breaks to avoid the same and proper posture while working on screen.
