What are these black spots on this opg. Is this normal? Kindly advise, i am worried to see these spots. Thank you🙏

The black spots marked in blue are normal on the tooth on left second last tooth should be examined the black spots below that appear to be infection. Also the upper second last teeth on both sides need to be evaluated

The blue marked area seems fine  on xray. But why were you advised opg x-rays ? Are you undergoing some treatment already?

No need to worry. It’s called “mental foramen”. It is present in all individuals and is usually seen as black spot in X rays. Mental Foramen is present so that mental nerve and vessels can pass through it.
