How to clean the dirt on teeth(Molars and pre Molars)? Also i have GERD. Does it have any effect on tooth decay or cavities?

Dirt on teeth may be calculus or may be caries. Better to consult dentist. GERD can cause damage to enamel by acid . It can increase the chances of caries and decay of teeth.
