Hello I am 25th week 4 days pregnant... I had growth scan... In that scanning report they have mentioned Liquor volume : polyhydramnios with afi 23.6cm Bilateral pelviectasia Right renal pelvis 8mm Left renal pelvis 9mm My questions 1.What should I do retain normal afi and reduce polyhydramnios ? 2.bilateral pelviectasia is it normal range at 25week 4days gestational age... Report attached What are  the precautions have to take... Othere wise baby is normal in all aspects...

The answer to all your questions is "Nothing" . You can't do anything much to reduce your AFI. Nor can you do anything about pelviectasia. Nor does it become an indication for MTP. So, be happy. Attend your Antenatal clinic regularly. The things will unfold themselves as time passes.

Actually you can not do anything to reduce amniotic fluid levels but get your blood sugar levels done once..
