Lastly they have given explanation as Due to progestogenic effect Uretric reflux Puj obstruction Lower urinary tract obstruction and very unlikely as bladde appear normal liquor volume normal and no calyceal dilatation... So my question is ...will my pregnancy get complicated...what should I do...does urination is not done by my baby...? Does kidneys size get reduced...am worried ...pls answer as soon as possible...what will I follow...is there any diet...is it danger to my baby...I have to protect my baby ...I have attached photos

You should do nothing except monitor your pregnancy periodically. This problem is not an indication for MTP in the medical sense. Of course  if you insist on an MTP you may find some doctor who obliges you. This problem may correct itself. Even if it persists it can be corrected by a small surgical procedure after the birth of the child.
