Big ringworm on all over the face

I got this tiny ringworm back in 2018 that time I wasn't knowing what was it exactly later I consulted doc they gave me medicine as tables ointment etc she told me it'll get rid within 3month but it started increasing I consulted another doc he gave me many times of tablets and ointment he said it'll take one year but I was literally tired of having so much tablets which includes too much drugs so again I changed my doc now it's been 7months I'm taking the medicines but again after some days it gets increase now almost it has spread around ear and eye also it's coming on another side it was very tiny as a pimple on right side now it has spread too much and coming to left side as well the medicines which I take- GRISOVIN 250, UPRISE D3 60K, ITASPHOR 200, DAKTARIN GEL/LULIBET Kindly suggest me what to do next. Too much worried and tensed Thankyou
