I have gone through FET this month and after 14 days i have got my BHCG test done. The result shows 1452 mIU/ml level. Is it normal or its too high.. is there a chance of having twins?

On the face of it, it looks a normal report confirming pregnancy. Wait for another 3 weeks. Get a sonography done again to confirm twins.
