Betnesol injection in pregnancy

In 29th week of pregnancy with cervical length of 2.7cm as per recent scan on 26th July. Dr administered 3 vials of Betnesol injection and for today 3 vials again. Is there are any side-effects of this injection for baby and mother. Also I am worried about  CL, Will it get reduce further, please advice
