During pregnancy, BP should be measured in a sitting position with adequate back support, feet flat on the ground, empty bladder, and no Tea/Coffee in the prior 30 minutes. BP cuff should be at the level of the heart. Source - ESH2023
Next Steps
Consult a General Physician for in-office measurement of BP with a mercury apparatus and stethoscope for an accurate reading.
Health Tips
The difference could be because of user error. That is why you should take 3 readings and take average of the last 2 readings and note it down.

BP of a pregnant on the normal rage is 120/80. From the readings you mentioned I could guess you are using electronic BP apparatus which is not accurate almost all the times, the BP apparatus should be in same plane as your arm and the cuff should be tied at least two centimetre above your elbow as marked on the cuff itself. Slight variations can happen upon posture change, from the above details I don't think you should be concerned but do have a regular check up with your gynecologist.
Next Steps
check the BP using Mercury BP apparatus or follow the instructions as mentioned on the electronic BP apparatus.
