I am suffering from bilateral terbinate hypertrophy and blocked nose. Which spray is better- Fluticasone propionate 50 MCG or Fluticasone Furoate 27.5 MCG ( with azelastine in both)? . The former is easily available so asked.

Please come down to my clinic in Bangalore for a proper clinical assessment to determine how best to solve your problem, as both the nasal sprays will give similar efficacy, but the furoate salt is relatively safer in the long term, due to its lower dosage per puff.
