Benadryl cough formula for dry cough

I have a dry cough with no mucus/flum. It came due to covid which was infected 3 weeks ago but still continues. I have benadryl cough formula syrup instead brnadryl DR So can i use cough formula one or will it worse my cough. Plz suggest

Please consult a General Physician in your area. Three weeks is too long a time for the cough to continue. If you get Covid, you don't become immune to all other infections. Covid has a big name but other diseases are still there which can infect a person.

Benadryl will supress ur cough it wont aggravate but we have to rule out any other cause also like superimposed bacterial infection nd we have to treat that simultaneoulsy.
