Avoid spicy and oily food. Do not sleep as soon as you eat. Wait for at least 2 hours before sleeping ( which means if you normally sleep at 11pm, eat by 8:30or 9). Eat more fruits and vegetables that increases the fibre in your first and should reduce the constipation.
