It’s a normal reaction to BCG vaccine. It ends up with scar formation . Stool after feed is normal due to gastric colic reflex . If it’s not a loose stool no need to worry Try to give breast milk more than formula milk

Don’t give too much dexolac(use when ever required) and give more of direct feeding Pus formed at BCG will be normal- it will resolve with scar formation. Passing stool after feed in small quantities is normal, no need to worry

Hello If the pus is noticeable and the vaccination site is inflamed And swollen you need to consult your paediatrician as he will examine the site and advice as needed.. Coming to feeds there is something called gastronomic reflex where few children poop immediately after feeds which they outgrow over time.. as ur son is also on formula feeds mixing the formula properly as per instructions on the pack is required.. if his weight gain is appropriate, active, ursine output is normal you need not worry. For BCG site a picture of it would have been helpful or pls consult your paediatrician
