2024-04-20 10:06:26
I recently had C section delivery, 3 months back. Is it to go for sarvanga abhyanga with ksheeta bala taila followed by Bashpa Sweda. Is it ok for bashpa sweda post surgery.

Yes completely fine...you can take it but don't go for peti sweda( swedan in box) Go for naadi sweda means with a pipe!! It can affect your BP as well as weakness

3 months post delivery is absolutely fine to do bashpa sweda. It will tone up your muscles and reduce body aches
