Barking cough
My son is 5yrs old.whenever he gets cold he gets this barking cough.which increases at night.can i give him spongia tosta 200 ch?

Homoeopathy does not work much on specifics.
It needs to be matched to all symptoms.
Spongia is a good medicine and you can use it but in case it does not help then think of taking proper advice from a homoeopathic doctor.
