My mind is not stable...How to relax the mind...No control over my actions ...How to stabilise the mind...Finding in complex situation...Any solution to this condition please help

Dear Sir Please see a psychiatrist in person for a detailed evaluation to rule out any underlying depression and also for counseling sessions regarding how to cope with stress.
