From past 3 years I m suffering from stress..due to this I forget myself...lost confidence...my mind set up has disturbed...constantly thinking about any sad thought ...not know how to survive...fear of living...maybe split personality...I have lost someone due to this problem...I m not able to recuperate relationship...please suggest what to do...I have consulted psychiatrist taking antidepressants ..bt not getting enough relief...my mind thinks in very negative manner...no urge to live...as it seems I have to start living again...bt feeling low...anger issues...
