Its a urine infection, you should start with antibiotics to treat that.

Any symptoms like - fever / discharge / frequency of urine / pain in lower abdomen / burning sentation ?

It means that urine report shows infection. For analyzing urine report, there are pre requisites for sample collection that should be implemented to avoid false report. If  patient is symptomatic for the above report, he should be treated. If asymptomatic, then a repeat midstream urine sample collected after cleaning the area with soap and water should be analysed.
