I have a severe pain in lower back which I feel is due to a heavy sagging breast and due to this my posture is getting tilted towards front. I tried several allopathic medications but havent felt any good result. Can homeopathy medicine's help after a proper diagnose, is their a permanent solution to this. Due to this sagging, I develop pain in neck, shoulder which sometimes gets unbearable.

Postural training exercises with back exercises will help. Not sure about homeopathy but there is no harm in trying that

Check your posture first and try reducing weight. Regular walks and back strengthening exercises. Use proper inner wear for support Eat more veggies in diet Proper working desk

You have diagnosed your problem and seems mechanical in nature so trying and finding the answer in biological agents (medicines) won’t work Get a proper bra with wide straps, learn good ergonomics and take Paracetamol on sos basis
