I have upper back pain and it is constant whenever there is movement and it pains and remains and also whenever I eat something i feel like stuck in throat and food pipe. Is the feeling of something stuck and feel like something is stuck in down the throat

Take tab acelofenac 100mg one morning and one evening for 5 days. Tab pantaprazole 40mg one daily for 5 days. Avoid bending from back, sit straight with back supported. Get MRI back done to exclude ligament tear, muscle rupture, etc problem. For throat discomfort, consult ENT specialist physically.
