From last few days I m facing back problem when I m sleeping . I face this problem all around the back bone left right and centre . sometimes it pain so badly that I feel uncomfortable in breathing.

it looks like postural muscular pain but u should go and get uer check up done with orthopaedic surgeon.  till then u can go to physiotherapy get some heat therapy
