I have back Pain from last four day . Back pain strike at lower back and middle of the back. I m not able to sit ten minute properly .can you suggest what to do.

Your back has muscles strain, avoid front bending,weight lifting, take hot or cold pack,pain doesn't subside consult orthopedic surgeon
