Recurrent back pain at your age could be due to muscle weakness, bad posture, joint or muscle strain due to fatigue with long working hours or travelling etc. Please consult physiotherapist for 1) learning exercises to improve mobility and muscle stength, 2) postural correction, 3) work ergonomics to prevent recurrent strain on back.
