Back pain in middle lower waist
Having a back pain in the middle lower waist. Started from knees few days back now the pain is mostly concentrated in the lower middle waist. Having trouble to lift up my waist. Had a back pain previously, 5years back and doctor gave me calcium and cod liver oil tablets. Again having a similar pain. Applied local heat. That helped a little bit. What should I do?
