Back pain in left side

I having back pain from last 1week, when I was suffering from Cough, due to cough I having pain in back, when I went to doctor then done Xray but they not found any thing. They told due to pressure on muscular due to cough pressures. But now when I am realising long breath getting pain as well as during khaansi also facing having pain. Please suggest.

Its very likely that U strained left side of your back unknowingly like bending forward or lifting weight. But U don't remember. Well, U have to take Physiotherapy : Hot pack 12 mnts,IFT 12 mnts, Ultrasonic 8 mnts, Tens therapy 12 mnts, for a week. Take more rest than U usually take. This much will be enough for complete relief. No exercises needed.
