Back pain.

I have back pain, I made treatment like 3 yrs ago (6 months treatment)and it was cured through medication. But it started again now sometimes a normal pain in middle of spinal cord and sometimes severe pain ,it all started nearly 5 yrs ago that I injured while playing. My question is that should I start the same medication before I used to take or anything else?

Back pain has a broad spectrum..and has almost hundreds of causes.. It requires proper history taking... Clinical examination.. Then investigations if required... It would not be fair... If I do spot diagnosis.
Next Steps
kindly consult physically
