Back pain for 20 days

I have been having back pain . I'm not able to get up and sit properly .The pain is focused a little right to my lower back.Please tell if I have a slip disc or muscle spasm and how much will take to get cured.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Back pain with out leg pain usually settles with physio- IFT. Once pain settles do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. If you got pain - it might be disc compression to nerve root.

Hai generally ur disc space is reduced if ur going to gym and lifting weight at this age kindly do avoid visit a near by Physio and get ur treatment done IFT or SWD will relief ur pain and learn some exercises
