You have had back pain for a month now, has this been examined properly by an Orthopaedic or Spinal surgeon? Has this been investigated at all? Wearing a belt is not very good as the belt takes over the functioning of the muscles making them weaker and leading to more issues. Try to keep mobile, take painkillers and use hot fomentation. See an Orthopaedic surgeon. Also exercises to strengthen.you back are needed. These can be yoga or Physiotherapy. Hope this helps. Dr Vinu Raj Consultant Spine Surgeon MBBS MRCS FRCS(Trauma&Orth)

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
