Back pain and feeling light headed

I was sleeping in the noon from 2 hours but when I woke up I was not able to move myself not even able to speak and walk and balance and was having so much of back pain suddenly!!! And still my hands and all are feeling light headed ! What can be there reason behind it ???

The reason is heat exhaustion (if you are in North India) . Perhaps the room was not very comfortable and you didn't look after your hydration. If you are in some other part of the Country where the climate is moderate you should consult a Neurophysician in your area.

Somectimes it occurs after deep sleep.Back pain may be due to sleeping position. Need more  history for evaluation of the case
