When I was infected spine TB 6 years back but now my back is severe pain so I consulted with an orthopedic surgeon he advised for x ray and USG in results abscess psoas is not found but my L2 is compress with L1

It might be mechanical pain or reinfection/ other causes. MRI is he best modality if it is comes back as negative you will benefit with core back exercises
