I have back pain from 1 year when I do waking my pain goes to hip dr give high dose medicine I got relive now when I lie down on bed some time pain goes worse on that point I take pain killer then I got relive I did x-ray report is ok

From your history it seems you may have prolapsed disc may be L4/5 or L5/S1 this can only be confirmed by MRI . XRay will always be normal considering your age . Please find Orthopaedic surgeon who will guide you further till that time use LS belt, avoid lifting weights, forward bending . Most important is Keep away from Automobile travels!
