Back and other body parts paining

My sister is 25 year old, from last few weeks she is suffering from back pain not only back but also on other body parts, she can't even move easily and  even if someone touches her normally, she says it's paining.. Why is this problem happening, and what is solution for it. Please suggest some medicine for instant relief..
