My back and neck often pain when I keep standing for a while. I become restless and have keep changing positions to stand properly. Sometimes the center back and lower back feel weak and I can't sit straight. It however reduces after I rest by lying down for a while.
Do regular exercise like core strengthening and yoga. It will help your back.
Also check your Vitamin D levels. Sit in the morning sun for 20-30minutes to help improve your Vitamin D levels
