Hello, I am 35 yrs old, I am having back and neck pain recently started, i was driving bike previously and now I have sold that and had purchased a scooter recently, second thing we have cold climate in our city, my question is does the pain is because of I have switched to scooter suddenly or due to climate conditions or because of my sleeping position, mainly the pain is in lower back and the right side of the neck, kindly suggest me what precautions should be taken
