Back and lower right abdomen discomfort

2021-07-16 14:35:29
1.When I sit down on chair for office work ,after some time I fell slight pain slight above my middle back.Pain disappears after I stand up. 2.I feel slight inconsistent pain in my lower right abdomen during movement from certain positions. Also I feel slight heaviness in my lower right abdomen specifically when I am in squat position for some time. I am able to reproduce this slight pain while stretching my abdomen muscles. I tried allopathic medicines for muscle spasm but that didn't helped me to get rid of these.

Right abdominal pain needs to be assessed also by general physician. Is there any irregularities in bladder and bowel? Once you have ruled out any visceral cause, visit a physiotherapist.
