Repeated back aches, every now and then. I believe it is apparent due to weight gain. I need someone who can help in stretching and some massaging over the area where it aches.
⢠Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
⢠Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily.
⢠Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
⢠Avoid bending in front.
