Back ache ( mostly in lower back)

I was facing back-ache problems since past 2-3 months. Since i wasnt getting better i did my MRI Scan of the lumber spine on somebody's advice. I seek guidance of the experienced doctors on the reports and the treatment to get recovered. Thanks.
