Milk teeth generally start erupting at the age of 6 months and are completed in 2 years. There are a total of 20 milk teeth(10 upper jaw and 10 lower jaws)and the child eats with these 20 teeth for up to 6 years at this age first permanent molar erupted. Delay in eruption is normal but more than 6 months in milk teeth is more, Rub the gums with your finger with gums astringent that may have some help. advise getting the x-ray done .
