Dear sir Having 2 kids age 2 half  yrs and 1 half year. 1 half year baby was wantedly pull out her from bed to down Hence 2 half year my girl slept down from 3 feet bed so her nose and forehead got swelling. Little blood came from teeth also might be hence tomarow morning we have to go hospital or not needed for TT or any injection purpose pls advice Blood not coming more it's already stopped she was fine but swelling in forehead is still having pls advice what to do whether tt injection needed or any syrups pls tell Age 2 half year Weight 12kgs

If she has recieved 1.5 yrs DPT vaccine ..then no need of TT. For signs of head injury you have to visit a  Pediatrician.

If swelling is increasing or you notice any change in her behavior like irritable,or increased sleep or convulsion then get a CT scan of head. If she has received all routine vaccination then no need of any injection.

No need for TT if your children are immunised fully up to date. Apply ice pack over the swelling Watch for any vomiting or drowsiness or bleeding from nose and ear and then go to the nearest hospital for further treatment
