Hi,I am planning for baby, just want to know about folic acid .How to consume it. Also I am taking now vitamin D rise 60 k(monthly once) and neurobion forte(everyday 1) . And I have taken booster dose also. Please suggest .

Take folic acid and vitamin B12 combined preparation once a day then you need not to take neurobion separately
