Baby fell down from bed with head faced down position...cried much for 10 mins then he was ok. no vomiting but swelling is there on right side forehead alone..im worried if its all ok he is taking feeds as usual but im concerned much..guilty

Greetings, need not to be as the child is stable , if the child is having any bleeding, abnormal movement, vomiting take your child to near by Pediatrician

In case if baby okk... Active accepting feeds properly with no vomitting Or abnormal body movements & moving all body parts... Watch for 48 hrs... In case of any vomitting pr Ab normal body movements or not accepting feeds do consult.
Next Steps
As of now take video consultation to actually, assess the swelling severity.

Do ice packing on swelling. Share pictures if possible.
