If you're going to give him these medicines just because it's cold season, to prevent him from cold and cough, then pls don't.

Instead of giving this combination I will suggest to give ferrum phos 3x 4tab 2tiems a day if it is not resolve then consult a doctor don’t give to your too small child without having proper knowledge about medicine
