My age 51 Female.My B12 reading is 200 . HBA1C 6.32. D3 reading is 12.31. I was using Metformin 500 mg each morning and evening as prescribed by my physician. Kindly suggest medication to get my D3 and B 12 levels in normal range.

Add Glimepiride 1mg in afternoon after food.repeat HbA1c after 3 months. Take tab neurobion forte one daily for 6 to 8 weeks. Tab vit d3 60,000 units once a week for 6 to 8 weeks. Tab antoxid one morning and one evening for 30 days. Take curds, cheese, soya, nuts, fortified cereals, mushrooms,  sprouts, raisins, berries, soya.
